The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) decided to change the Seba HSLC Exam Pattern for the academic session 2024-25. Seba released an official notification regarding the new guidelines for the HSLC Exam 2025. All the Points are Provided Below.
SEBA HSLC EXAM 2025 NEW GUIDELINES
- The Board of Secondary Education Assam has decided to Introduce a new elective subject impart of “Artificial Intelligence and Robotics ” from the Academic Session 2024-25 in class IX and from the Academic session 2025-26 in class X. Students can download the textbook pdf from here when it Available.
- The Practical Marks of All Vocational Subjects shall be 50% from the Academic Session 2024-25.
- The Practical Marks for Computer Science and Commerce will be 30% as before.
- The District-Level Internal Examination Committee will Conduct The Practical Examination for all the Subjects for Both Class IX and Also for the final Board Exam of Class X,2025. the system of taking the Practical Exam at the Center level is abolished. The Students must pass the Practical Exam Separately.
- Students have to secure pass marks in both MCQs and Descriptive Questions Separately.
- The OMRs Will be of four sets A, B, C, and D.
- In English and Other Language Subjects, it is not necessary that all the questions will be from the prescribed lessons/chapters only. There may be unseen passages, Grammar items etc. The will be based on the learning outcome of the subjects.
- In the Subjects Science and Mathematics, the questions/problems will be concept-based which may not be directly from textbooks. Even questions from examples and references may be included in question papers. The Questions will be based on the learning outcomes of the content of the subjects.
- In the Subject of Social Science, the patterns of questions will also be concept-based as per the guidelines of NEP 2020. The Questions will be based on the learning outcomes of the content of the subjects.
- Patterns of questions of other subjects including the vocational subjects will also be changed as per the guidelines of NEP 2020.
